okay. i would like to download free music to my computer without causing viruses or any other problems. i have a laptop but no antivirus software at the moment, so since i have alot of blank cds i would like to make some cds to listen to but i dont know of any free downloads that are safe for my computer. please help me out. also, i was wondering if there was any free antivirus software that actually works. thank you.

There aren't any free, safe and LEGAL music downloads. The piratebay is safe and free, but not legal. Itunes is safe and legal, but not free.
Fact is, it costs money to make music, and so it also costs money to buy music. Just like you can't walk in to walmart and get a CD for free(without stealing), you can't music off the internet for free(without stealing).
