I have the new LG Rumor Virgin Mobile cell phone and I was wondering if I needed to buy a MicroSD Memory Card in order to download free MP3 ringtones and ringtones to my cell phone?

No, if you have access to a PC. Although you will want to buy an SD card because the phone storage is not that big. They are cheapest at Amazon. Seriously.
If you have access to a PC, you can rename your mp3 file extension todownload mp3 ringtones for mobile qcp and email it to YOURNUMBER@vmpix.com .
