i had a friend wipe down the computers hard drive and he ruined the operating system so he installed windows xp home edition. no my tablet function as a normal laptop instead of a tablet. PLEASE HELP!!!
you should know that the only way is to go back to the computer store you bought the laptop from and ask them to re-install it for you
firstly, smack your friend for being a dumb ***.
your computer should have come with a re-installation CD for your operating system and afree tablet pc downloadsny software that came with your computer, you can use this to install the tablet OS.- you will also have to format your HDD again
Call the manufacturer or the place you bought your laptop and see what they can do for you if you do not have this CD.
Why do you want an old out of date operating system when you can have a up to the minute 2010 operating system free these days you can pick and tues what operating system you install
