My college does not let you download music on campus, because they have had trouble with students downloading copyrighted material. Your best bet is to ask an administrator there. You can't get in trouble for asking some one who works there. The worst thing they can say is no to you. A clear answer on this is impossible though, with out knowing exactly what university you are enrolled at. All collage campuses have thyoutube to mp3ere own set of rules, as to what is acceptable, and what isn't. If you download a music file from YouTube, and you don't have permission to do so, it can be illegal. Not always, but it can be. It just depends on the individual circumstances, for each individual video on YouTube.
