zoloft!Zoloft????
I'm 24 years old and I've been on zoloft for about 4 days now for postpartum anxiety/depression. I feel that the medicine is already helping my anxiety, but I've been having terrible side effects such as being really tired, nau搜刮引擎劣化us, headaches and sometimes i feel like my whole body aches, and i seem to be sweating more. Are these side effects common while taking zoloft? When should they go away?
I have been on zoloft for about 4 years, and it does make you tired at first. Once your body adjusts to the medication, that will wear off. It took me a while - maybe a month or so to feel back to normal - energy does return. I started at 25 mg first week, then 50mg. I had the dosage increased for a short period of time, and immediately felt tired from it. The sweating could be related to it - but I have found some night-sweats to be a side effect. They are infrequent, but they do occur. Everyone has different side effects, but I have found the drug to be a life saver. If you are noticing less anxiety, I would think you are on your way to feeling back to normal soon. Best of luck to you!

why did i get married 2 cast!I feel like I did the right thing, but why I am feeling guilty?
The man I used to love really hurt me. He may have liked me a little bit, but he never did anything about it. I was half in love with him. He led me on and made me believe he loved me back. He took back a concert ticket to take another girl. He pushed me aside so he could chase a married woman. He would go for weeks without contacting me, and when he would, I responded, but then he ignored me. He promised to send me a list of concerts and fix my car, but he never did. He was breaking my heart every single day. He might have slightly cared; he was always curious about me. I'm not like other girls, and I think he noticed that. He wanted to get under my skin.
Well, I'm so over him now. I started ignoring him, being cold, acting like he's not even there. I deleted him from Facebook and am very brief with him if he ever spoke to me.
Now, I am directing a play in college. I am one of four directors. The guy auditioned for my show only. To increase his chances of getting cast, he could have auditioned for the other three, but he auditioned for mine only. I didn't cast him in my shwhy did i get married 2 castow.
I have two questions:
1- Why did he audition for my play only?
2- Did I do the right thing by not casting him?

What he did was use you purely for the attention you gave him. He may have liked you but most likely he didn't. He was in it for the chase and that's it, so good for you for ignoring him and all of that.

2. Did you not cast him because you didn't want to be around him? Did you not cast him because he didn't deserve the part? Did you not cast him because he wasn't a good actor?
If you didn't cast him because you didn't want to be around him AND why did i get married 2 casthe was a good actor then I would have to say that probably wasn't the right choice. BUT I can understand why you wouldn't want him in your play after everything that he did. But what you are doing is lowering yourself to his level but playing his games. If he was good I would be tempted to cast him BUT then you have the upper hand. Be very professional with him, don't get close to him, keep him at a distance and he'll get the picture.
He is like a little boy who is saying to you "I'm playing out as well". Ner ner ner ner ner.
He drove you away but if you keep speaking to him he will get mixed messages.

Or he could be as thick as a plank of wood and it is taking him a long time to get the hint.

To be honest, diets just don't work fullstop. People that go on diets may lose weight, but they'll find that they'll gain it back again having stopped the diet - and probably more on top. The key to losing weight successfully is a healthy balance of foods (I usually recommend 6 small meals a day, with a decent amount of protein, carbs and fat present - most people should aim for around 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight to maintain muscle mass).
To lose weight you need to create a calorie deficit - it will take a deficit of around 3,500 calories to burn 1lb of body fat. This is about 500 calories a day. I would suggest trying to cut your calorie intake by 250 calories a day, and increase your exercise levels to burn the additional.
You should be able to healthily lose around 1-2lbs of fat a week. Maybe a little more if you're very overweight. Anymore than that any you'll be burning off muscle mass and water rather than fat. (Remember, your body is built to survive, not look good. If you starve your body it will hold on to body fat as its a better source of energy and will help it to survive longer. Muscle takes 4 calroies to burn 1g, fat takes 9 calories - ergo its more than twice as easy for your body to burn muscle as it is fat).
Any "diet" that involves eating less than you need to power your day will result in weight loss. Stored fat is used to make up the calorie deficit.
The "best" diet is one that contains appropriate proportions of each food group, ie, balanced.
Exercise can help the procemayo clinic diet planss along by increasing your fuel requirements. When your taking in larger amounts of fuel, its also easier to get sufficient micronutrients (vitamins).
Any combination of eating less and moving more will work. I like to eat, so a couple hours or more a day of hard exercise (triathlon training) works better for me than trying to subsist on tiny meals. For others, its easier to count calories. Up to you and your temperament.

I think the reason this works has nothing to do with the grapefruit and more to do with the lower carbohydrate approach. It's similar to the way I eat that has gotten me to drop 30 pounds that I didn't even think I could lose.
Carbohydrates trigger an insulin response and insulin is the hormone responsible for fat storage. Lower your insulin, lose fat.

That being said, the best and healthiest way to lose weight and keep it off would be to follow a healthy, sensible meal plan and stick with an exercise regime. A good healthy diet consists of foods from all the food groups. This means plenty of lean proteins, whole grains, fat free dairy, and of course, fruits and veggies. Limit the amount of fat in the diet, but it's good to have some healthy fats (those found in nuts, olive oil, and avocados). Eat smaller meals every 3 hours rather than 2 or 3 large meals and be sure to drink plenty of water. Do some form of cardio exercise at least 30min a day and try to get your heart rate up (fat burning zone).

To be honest, diets just don't work fullstop. People that go on diets may lose weight, but they'll find that they'll gain it back again having stopped the diet - and probably more on top. The key to losing weight successfully is a healthy balance of foods (I usually recommend 6 small meals a day, with a decent amount of protein, carbs and fat present - most people should aim for around 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight to maintain muscle mass).
To lose weight you need to create a calorie deficit - it will take a deficit of around 3,500 calories to burn 1lb of body fat. This is about 500 calories a day. I would suggest trying to cut your calorie intake by 250 calories a day, and increase your exercise levels to burn the additional.
You should be able to healthily lose around 1-2lbs of fat a week. Maybe a little more if you're very overweight. Anymore than that any you'll be burning off muscle mass and water rather than fat. (Remember, your body is built to survive, not look good. If you starve your body it will hold on to body fat as its a better source of energy and will help it to survive longer. Muscle takes 4 calroies to burn 1g, fat takes 9 calories - ergo its more than twice as easy for your body to burn muscle as it is fat).
Any "diet" that involves eating less than you need to power your day will result in weight loss. Stored fat is used to make up the calorie deficit.
The "best" diet is one that contains appropriate proportions of each food group, ie, balanced.
Exercise can help the procemayo clinic diet planss along by increasing your fuel requirements. When your taking in larger amounts of fuel, its also easier to get sufficient micronutrients (vitamins).
Any combination of eating less and moving more will work. I like to eat, so a couple hours or more a day of hard exercise (triathlon training) works better for me than trying to subsist on tiny meals. For others, its easier to count calories. Up to you and your temperament.

I think that sums it up.

I think the reason this works has nothing to do with the grapefruit and more to do with the lower carbohydrate approach. It's similar to the way I eat that has gotten me to drop 30 pounds that I didn't even think I could lose.
Carbohydrates trigger an insulin response and insulin is the hormone responsible for fat storage. Lower your insulin, lose fat.

why do you yawn theory!Does anyone know why yawning is contagious?
I have a theory its beacause your subconscious mind sees the other person yawning and thinks its using all the air up so must get some before its all gone. Its only a theory. Do you have a better one?

However, I recently read a very interesting science article studying contagious yawning in Chimpanzees.
Yes - chimps do exactly the same thing as humans: they are significantly more likely to yawn when they see another chimp yawning.
The researchers who carried out this study believe that contagious yawning is the result of empathy and self-awareness, both of which require a sophisticated intellwhy do you yawn theoryect. Confirming this need for higher social development before contagious yawning happens - both humans under the age of 5 and infant chimps do NOT contagiously yawn.
Fascinating stuff. Doesn't quite explain why we yawn in the first place. However, another interesting finding is that although many mammals yawn - ONLY carnivores (everyone's seen pictures of lions doing this) but NO herbivores yawn.
Lots of research to do, I guess - although I suspect that's not very high priority for research funding agencies!

santa claus!Santa Claus!?
I recenlty found out my friend told her 6 year old son that there isn't really a Santa Claus, even though he still beleived in Santa.
I think Santa is the one pure innocent thing children have now a days and taking that away so young is unfair.
How old do you think a child should be told about Santa?
Personally my parents never actually told me, I belived for so long until I just figured it out. They still stuff my stocking and leave an unwrapped prestent under the tree for me. I'm 27 and don't even live with them anymore. =)
I think what your parents did was the right thing. Why tell a child? If a child asks, and asks and they are still young you tell them if you BELIEVE he is real. Just because you don't see something doesn't mean it actually exist. Your parents sound really cool, you are lucky.. =)
My friend is 12, and he still belives in Santa Claus. I think its creepy, even though his parents told him, he still belives he's real... Creepy

I am now living with my boyfriend and in the beginning he told me he made a certain amount of money and told me he had just started the job he is working to help his uncle(the owner of the compan) however i found out he has been working there longer. I know we all have secrets that we dont want to share right away. However, i have not lied about anything. so my question is if he lied to me about those things, do you think he is lying to me about his feelings and his intentions too?

First, when we find out somebody lied or even conveniently left out information (which is still a lie) we get a weird feeling, then we try to dismiss it and say we are overreacting, and then we get suspicious. I think I needed to reword this question as I didn't do so good on it the first time. She is acting out like very oral in her dreams, talking about sucking and what not, and making noises, and this happens a lot when she sleeps. Only, in real life, its off and on with her and she doesn't even act all that passionate about it when she does. Lately there is a lot of anxiety for me, gut feelings, signs in the relationship...she seems bored with me and while anxious to get what she wants rarely wants to please me.she seems very cold to the idea. I really have some reasons to wonder and worry, and it's mostly the lack of the physical with her that I do worry. You have a Left Button and a Right Button. Those take the place of the Black and White button. Not exactly sure which is which, but they are those buttons.

I just took an IQ test. I don't think the test would be completely valid for just general reasons of time consumption like scrolling down the page and such. But would 127 for a 15 year old girl be below average, average, or above? I'd really like to know, because I thought that I was smart... I don't want to find out I'm actually quite stupid! D:

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone was aware or knows where a video I'm looking for still exists somewhere on the internet...It was actually 2 videos on youtube they were each 10min long if I remember correctly, in Malaysia of actual real authentic ghost footage...its the creepiest thing I've ever seen, it showed real ghost from close up shots you could see them glow in the dark and the skin decayed areal authentic ghost videoslmost like skeletons....I also remember a ritual or black magic of some kind being performed on the second video, Malaysians places incetns on the ground then blue light would appear from the grounds then fire, then a creature would emerge with these huge hands, very very creepy stuff, well I remember the videos not having that many views and they were erased from youtube, they were up like 3 years real authentic ghost videosago...I was wondering if anyone had a link were these videos are placed please they were amazing....

I'm sorry that it gets annoying and tasteless after a while. One thing you need to focus on is flavor. Think about all the meals that you aren't getting now. What could you do to pescatarian it up?
Italian: plenty of Italian food is vegetarian-friendly, especially since many of the foods/sauces focus around tomatoes, pasta, and cheese. Try lasagna make with fake meat (I like LightLife Smart Ground). Try making your own marinara (if you need a recipe, let me know).
Chili: make with fake meat. Add extra beans (I use lentils) for a thicker chili. Load it up with flavor.
Sandwiches: make with flavorful hummus instead of mayo/mustard, add sprouts, cucumber, tomatoes, and spinach. I am vegan so I eat it like this, but you can certainly add cheese and fake meat (LightLife makes a turkey and bologna). Adding special sauces, like the hummus, really changes the feel of the sandwich. Try using lavash bread and pita, give a shot to tzatziki sauce (cucumber-yogurt sauce) and add it to avegetables fish eat falafel pita with spinach, tomatoes, and tabouleh.
Asian dishes: noodles, sauce, and veggies are all you need. Many Asian dishes are served with tofu, but you can also do fish, eggs, and fake meat. You can make just about any dish this way. i download limewire on my computer a few days ago and my dad got really upset because he said limewire puts viruses in the computer and he says everytime the computer crashes it beacause of limewire. when i was starting my copmuter up this morning i found out that he deleted it. so can someone please give me a good website were i can download free music

hp bluetooth software for vista!Setting Up HP Wireless Printer WITHOUT Software?
The simple fact of the matter is that HP software is a real CPU and memory hog. I don't want to have ANY HP software on my computer, AT ALL, but I have an HP wireless printer (it's Wi-Fi, not Bluetooth), and I want to find a way to set it up WITHOUT using any software.
I've already tried doing a search for wireless printers through Vista, and no matter what settings I turn on or off from the printer, Vista can't find it.
I don't want recommendations on other printers or brands or how the software isn't as bad as I say it is. Juhp bluetooth software for vistast please answer my question and tell me how I can set up the printer WITHOUT software. Thanks.
